Our dispatch time varies between 2-8 weeks depending on which item you have purchased from us.  Please see the product pages for more information. 

Please note the dispatch time frame starts from when we receive your inclusion. 

All our items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number on the day of dispatch. 

When you receive your completed keepsake, you will also receive our care instructions to ensure your keepsake’s longevity.

For example; please keep your item of jewellery dry and always remove before using any harsh chemicals.

Q: Why should I choose Mabel and Co to create my memorial or keepsake item? 

A:  We are a family run business and we can assure you that your item will be made with the love and respect it deserves.  You will always be talking to a person and unlike other bigger memorial jewellery supplies, you are not a number on a production line.  All our items are handmade to order. 

Q:  What products do you offer?

A: We have a selection of necklaces, rings and cuff links which can be created with ashes ( Pet and Human), hair, fur and breast milk.  We also are working on Memorial Bears which can be made with the clothing of your loved one and incorporate there ashes.  We make keyrings with real flowers which are great as presents, wedding or simply treat yourself.

Q: How do I send my Items to you? 

A: Once you have placed your order we will send you out an order pack with the details on what we require.  We will confirm as soon as we have received your items. 

Q: How long will it take to create my item? 

A: All our items are made to order so depending on which item you have purchased it will take between 1-3 weeks.  If you would like an item sooner, please contact us and we can confirm if we are able to accommodate you. 

Q: What if I’m not happy with my order?

A: In the unlikely event you are not happy with your item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Q: What happens to the ashes you don’t use? 

A: Any unused ashes, fur, hair or breast milk will be return to you, we promise that we will never dispose of any items you send to us.  

Q: Can I order if I’m outside of the UK? 

A: Yes we offer worldwide delivery.  

Q: Why are you cheaper than other companies? Does that mean the items are not as good quality? 

A: Absolutely not, at Mabel and Co we believe everyone should be able to have a special keepsake no matter their budget. We keep our packaging simple and no frills which enables us to keep prices low.  We use the same quality silver and gold and professional Resin as our competitors but we choose to keep our prices lower whilst still providing an exceptional service.
