Returns & Refunds

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Memorial Jewellery from Mabel and Co. However, as each Mabel and Co product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:

  • a) the product does not match the order, or

  • b) the product is faulty

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email at nicola@mabelandco.Co.uk outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods.  Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.



A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Mabel and Co. If you need to cancel an order you should contact us at nicola@mabelandco.Co.uk as soon as possible. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production.

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Mabel and Co a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are obviously custom-made using the ashes supplied by the customer.

Finally, you have our word that we'll always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Mabel and Co Memorial Jewellery. Our business has grown by word-of-mouth recommendations and we work hard to make very special memorial items for all of our valued clients.
